The survey results are now available, and can be accessed by clicking the image to the right.
Action plans based on this year's feedback will be shared shortly.

Conducted annually up to 2022, this survey asked a series of questions about a range of subjects which support employee wellbeing and satisfaction. It looked at workload, employee pay and benefits, communication and a range of other areas. We used our external partner Edurio to conduct this survey, and this provides valuable benchmarking as well as year on year for us as a Trust.
Some of key actions which have arisen from the staff survey from a Trust perspective have been :
Improving communication and understanding of what the Trust does, its functions and 'who's who'
Make our central messages and values clearer throughout the Trust
Continue our focus on improving and enhancing our wellbeing proposition for staff
Our first time running this survey was January 2022. Please click on the options below to see the Survey results and analysis, and the Trust's action plan which has been developed with school heads
