Level 1 of this plan is made available to all employees and children up to age 18, extending to 24 if in full time education. If you wish to upgrade your cover, or add your partner, you can arrange this directly via direct debit to UK Healthcare. Click on the 'Upgrade your cover' button to the left to access the upgrade form.
When you join you will be sent a digital welcome pack with policy terms and conditions, and any Initio Trust specific benefits or changes to terms and conditions. We advise you read these carefully. A copy of the Terms and conditions can also be accessed on this intranet site.
