This ‘in the moment’ telephone support is designed to help you when you need help the most. The counsellor will help you address the problem confidentially and talk through your options and agree next steps with you - You never have to face a crisis alone.
You may be referred for structured counselling as a result of your conversation. This can offer up to six sessions of counselling either face to face or via the telephone with a professional counsellor, and which will be tailored to support you through your period of crisis.
